CERA's staff are happy to assist you with your exhibition booking.   If you would like to host a CERA exhibition or would like additional information please contact 415.525.1553 or info@ceraexhibits.org.

Exhibitions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Once CERA staff haved confirmed booking dates you will be sent a contract to secure your booking. We ask that you return a signed contract and a non-refundable 25% deposit within 30 days to secure your booking. Host venues are also asked to provide CERA with a current American Association of Museums Revised Standard Facilities Report.

SECURITY GUIDELINES

California Exhibition Resources Alliance (CERA) exhibitions require limited to high security levels.   The type of security level required for each exhibition is indicated within its description.   Security levels apply to both gallery and storage areas.

Limited Security
Limited security is required for CERA exhibitions such as text panels that contain no original artworks or materials.

Moderate Security
Moderate security is required for CERA exhibitions that contain original artwork or materials, such as framed photographs.

High Security
High security is required for CERA exhibitions that contain extremely fragile, original artworks or materials of extreme historical and/or high insurance value.
